1. What is your return policy?
We are dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of all our customers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, just sent it back to us for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Returns will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.
All returns are processed via e-mail or by phone, you’ll never pay to ship your returns back to us.
On-line Purchases: For a full refund, customers must provide proof of purchase (e-mail order confirmation), a photo of the unsatisfactory product and constructive criticism as to why the product was returned.
In-Store Purchases: We accept returns from our retailers with proof of purchase (store receipt), as well as a photo of the unsatisfactory product and constructive criticism as to why the product was returned.
Products returned 60 days after purchase are eligible for a store credit.
2. What's your shipping policy?
Once we receive your order, it normally ships within 1-3 business days and you will receive an email confirmation to track your package.
During our promotional periods, please expect up to 2 weeks to receive an email with a tracking number.
We're able to ship to PO boxes & to select countries outside the USA. However, for international shipments there will be a shipping charge of $20.00. Due to "nail polish" being considered as a "Dangerous Good", there is a charge that we receive from DHL, UPS, Fedex for shipping Dangerous Goods.
Also, we can only ship internationally to certain countries. Please send us an e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure that we can ship to your country before placing your order.
3. What are your hours of operations and what holidays are you closed?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, with the exception of the following federal holidays:

4. What happens next after I place my order?
Once we receive your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the e-mail you provided us with.
If you don't receive an e-mail within the 1-3 business days, send us an e-mail (email@example.com) and we'd be more than happy to check on your order!

5. What does "5-free, Cruelty-free, and Vegan" mean?
What it means to be 5-free is that all our nail products are free of 5 nasty toxins. These 5 toxins include:

Our products are Cruelty-free in which we don't
test any our nail products on animals. We only test on our own fingernails actually! :)
We're recently been certified by the Leaping Bunny Program and you can find us on there website!
Our products are also Vegan in which our nail products don't contain any animal ingredients or animal derived ingredients.
