How to Choose Fashion-Forward and Trendy Nail Polish Set

Nail polish is definitely one thing that gets women going. We all love the feeling of the fact that our nails are colored, and when applied right, nail polish can actually do a lot to ensure that you look stunning.

However, it is quite unfortunate that a lot of people tend to have difficulties with applying the right nail polish.

As regards nail polish, there really is just one factor that you need to be wary of; color (you know assuming that you’re filthy rich and you can easily log on to any saudi online shopping platform and get type of nail polish at all). The right color of nail polish depends on certain factors, and putting them well into consideration will definitely do you (or rather, your nails) a whole lot of good.

So what are these factors?

Your skin tone

According to various sources, your skin tone is actually the most important factor to be considered when choosing a color of nail polish. The rules for picking out nail polish based on your skin tone are pretty hard and fast. For instance, dark colors (especially those with a blue base) will look better on people with fairer skin. Medium skin tones do well with dark red shades, and people who have darker skin tones can go with pretty much any color of nail polish.

Your outfit

This factor is one that is extremely tricky.

Well, while some fashion experts are of the opinion that your nail polish should match your outfit, others believe that in order to add some creativity and flair to your ensemble (especially if your ensemble is a monotonous one), your nail polish should be a different color.

The truth is that there’s a lot of logic on both sides, so it’s not exactly like someone is right and someone is wrong. The only advice here is that when choosing your nail polish based on the color of your outfit, you should follow your instincts. Feel free to choose a color that complements the rest of your outfit (but not necessarily one that matches the outfit). However, if you just have love for a particular shade that matches a particular part of your ensemble, feel free to go for it as well.

Where exactly are you going?

Another major factor that should be put into consideration is where you’re going exactly. While nail polish might seem like something that’s so trivial and unnoticeable, there are certain instances where your nail polish can draw to much unnecessary attention and as such, some colors might not be all too appropriate in certain settings.

For instance, if you’re going to a funeral, you probably already know that the custom dress code should be black. However, when you pair your full black dress and you’re sporting yellow colored nail polish, it just doesn’t particularly go well. If you’re going for dinner or a casual get together with your friends and old school colleagues, on the other hand, the world is your oyster and you’re more than free to put on whichever color of nail polish peaks your fancy.

Remember that color can be a very noticeable thing, and that not every color is seen as appropriate with certain settings.
